BASICS & BEYOND
Come join your fellow beaders to learn and/or improve your bead weaving proficiency at the Basics & Beyond class
There are four (4) bead weaving stitch stations:
Peyote, Herringbone, Right Angle Weave, and Netting.
Each will be taught by an experienced SJBS board member, and registrants will have the use of the beadwork bible: Beader’s Companion book, throughout this skill-building event.
Registrants can rotate for 45 minutes around to each station, or spend more time at the one(s) you would like to work on most.
Examples of finished items will be displayed for registrants to see stitch possibilities.
Registration deadline: Thursday, Jan. 4th
Registration fee: $5 (SJBS Members) $20 (non-members)

Supplies: Size 8 round seed beads in 2 contrasting colors; Size 10 or 12 beading needle and thread of choice
Lunch: Be sure to bring your own lunch and beverage (the break will be too brief to go out.)
Note: Books supply is limited so please register early!
